Frequently Asked Questions

I tried to cover all the basic information below. If you do not find what you are looking for, please visit the contact page with any questions you may have.  I'm happy to help any way I can.

Can I pay with my credit or debit card?

Yes! I take major credit and debit cards thru PayPal

You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal

I do not accept checks, money orders, cashier checks, or wire transfers 

7% sales tax is added for all MS deliveries

I email an additional paid invoice with tracking info once shipped

Is your checkout process secure?

Yes indeed it is! I have a security certificate installed thru Comodo Secure. 

Once you have added items to your cart and click 'checkout', the little lock icon will appear in your browser indicating a secure transaction.

The only information I will ever have will be your name address and purchase details. 

All financial info (i.e. credit card numbers, etc) will be handled thru Pay Pal ONLY. 

I do not collect nor store any financial information. 

What is your shipping policy?

I ship in the USA  only

Shipping charge is included in price

Items are shipped 2 business days from purchase

I ship via USPS or UPS Ground, Insured 

Tracking is provided via email as soon as package is shipped

Local delivery is available on the MS Gulf Coast - email me for more info

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time but I am considering it for the future.

What is your return / exchange policy?

Artwork may be returned within 10 days of receipt of item. 

You must notify me by email with reason for return so I can assist in the return process.  

Save all packaging to repack item just as received 

Your refund will be awarded less the original and the return shipping charges upon receipt of item.

If you would like a different item you would simply order it thru the store. 

What if my package arrived damaged?

I pack art work very carefully to avoid damage, and I insure all shipments. In the rare case damages may occur, please follow these directions: 

Take photos of damaged package and or artwork before opening. Damaged items must be clearly documented.

Save all original packaging as it may be needed to make a claim. 

Contact me for further instructions on the return, refund,  and claims process. 

I assure you this will be handled properly and professionally by me. 

Are reproduction prints available?

Yes!

All prints are size 8x10 with a 1/4" border 

Prints are shown framed for presentation purposes,  but frame and mat are not included. 

Prints are professionally printed on archival and acid free papers for long lasting enjoyment. 

Do I have copyrights to the art once purchased?

All rights are reserved © Melissa A Brauen and are for personal, non-commercial use only.

They cannot be copied, reproduced, or modified without my permission.
