I tried to cover all the basic information below. If you do not find what you are looking for, please contact me with any questions you may have.  I'm happy to help any way I can.


Can I pay with my credit or debit card?

Yes! I take major credit and debit cards thru PayPal

You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal

I do not accept checks, money orders, cashier checks, or wire transfers 

7% sales tax is added for all MS deliveries

I email an additional paid invoice with tracking info once shipped

Is your checkout process secure?

Yes indeed it is! I have a security certificate installed thru Site Ground Hosting.

Look for the little lock next to the URL in your browser window. Google Chrome and Safari will tell you if a site is not secure.

What is your shipping policy?

I ship Original Art and Premium Prints in the USA  only and charges are included in the price.

I ship via USPS or UPS Ground, Insured

Tracking is provided via email as soon as package is shipped

Local delivery is available on the MS Gulf Coast - email me for more info

EXCEPTION: Redbubble ships items world wide from their platform and shipping is charged separately

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time but I am considering it for the future.

What is your return / exchange policy?

You must notify me by email or phone within 7 days of receipt with reason(s) for return so I can assist in the return process.

Save all packaging to repack item just as received

For Original Artwork: Your refund will be 100% of purchase price once the item(s) are received. However, return shipping charges are your responsibility and  should include insurance (unless damaged ~ see next FAQ)

For Premium Prints: Contact me or Finer Works within 1 week to determine your reasons and needs and handle appropriately. Printer refund policy here: Finer Works Refund Policy

What if my package arrived damaged?

I pack art work very carefully to avoid damage, and I insure all shipments. In the rare case damages may occur, please follow these directions:

Take photos of damaged package and or artwork before opening. Damaged items must be clearly documented.

Save all original packaging as it may be needed to make a claim.

Contact me for further instructions on the return, refund, and claims process.

I assure you this will be handled properly and professionally by me.

Are reproduction prints available?

Yes, on select pieces.

All Premium Prints are size 8x10 with a 1/4" border

Prints are shown framed for presentation purposes, but frame and mat are not included.

Prints are professionally printed in giclee' inks on premium archival and acid free papers for long lasting enjoyment.

Prints are drop shipped directly from printer.

Returns must be handled within 7 days of receipt by contacting me directly.

Do I have copyrights to the art once purchased?

All rights are reserved © Melissa A Brauen and are for personal, non-commercial use only.
